Question

I have a webpart that is working well on several pages at different site collections. But there is a site collection, particulary a root site, where the webpart is not rendering ok. I dont have many information about the error. I only have this client side error.

Any idea about reasons for the wrong behaviour? Thank you!

Additionally to Paul's suggestion: have you reviewed your farm logs to get more details about the error?

it could be something in your site collection but you really need to use fiddler to get more info as you stated it works on other site collections i would go for a support ticket.

If however you did customisations on the site collection first check them..

Thank you... This is a very broad question. I cant find the problem so I´ll try a different workaround to reach the same result.
