Scan directly to document library from MFP panel
I'm looking for a simple solution to scan directly from a Ricoh MFP to a folder in a document library, I'm thinking of setting thr MFP for scan to email and having a mailbox to recieve the mail then using flow to file from the email into a subfolder of a document library.
Has anybody here done something similar?
One approach would be to send the file to a Drop Off library in a site with the Conent Organizer feature enabled, Metadata can then be assigned and a routing defined to send the files to appropriate destinations. see https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Configure-the-Content-Organizer-to-route-documents-B0875658-69BC-4F48-ADDB-E3C5F01F2D9A for some instructions

What Dean mentioned, or what every major MFP manufacturer offers is Nuance/NSi AutoStore
