RSS Feed Web Part Connector

Question

We have seen on Modern Team Sites which use Office 365 Groups a good selection of Web Parts/Connectors like the RSS Feed which is heavily used in our organization.&nbsp; The Communication site does not have the RSS Feed web part/connector available which seems to require the SharePoint site be connected to an Office 365 Group.&nbsp; Does anyone know of a way we could potentially leverage the RSS Feed web part connector on a Communication Site (ideally without having to force an Office 365 Group dependency). Thanks!

Yes there is. Eric Overfield has recently released an RSS Feed SPFx web part. This can be found here https://github.com/eoverfield/sp-dev-fx-webparts/tree/react-rss-reader/samples/react-rss-reader

Known issue here...the RSS Feed WebPart is only available in Group Connected Sites so that's the reason why you don't see it in a communication site.
