Reverse Lookup / Relational Lists

Hello,

Not sure what category this falls under, but here is my situation:

• I have two lists - Class Descriptions and Educators
• I have a lookup column in Educators, pulling the Title from Class Descriptions showing the classes they are certified in
• I'd like to also have the Class Descriptions list populate with those Educators that have the classes selected in their profile (so I don't need to update both lists)

Is this possible, and where would I begin?
