Restricting View access to a SP list, but still allow contribution

Hi there,

I have a Power App where Users submit information, and then via Power Automate, it updates the results on a Sharepoint list. This Sharepoint list is part of the SP site where the App is housed.

In order for the flow to successfully update the SP list with their submissions, I have had to give them permission to edit the list, but that means that they can then View all other submissions, which I want to restrict.

Is there a way to allow them to be able to update the SP list via the Power Automate flow with their submissions, but NOT allow them to view the List itself?

Thanks

Phil

    Hi Phil,
"In order for the flow to successfully update the SP list with their submissions, I have had to give them permission to edit the list" can you elaborate this?
who trigger the flow? is it user who does it? or when user submit the information , Flow will get data from Power app?
