Restrict views in Sharepoint
Hi, I have a form for the leave application system for the applicants to fill in, like the picture below;
how can I ensure the leave application can only be viewed and approved by the approvers, and the applicants should not be able to see others' requests too? How to set the permissions for them?

anonymous9376 You can create & run Power Automate flow on item creation to break the permission inheritance at list item level & to grant new permissions (to approver/item author).
