Check your file sharing settings and make sure that the copy link feature is set to show the folder name instead of the URL, so that when you copy the file link it shows the name of the folder instead of the actual link address.

Since another user copy the folder name, I'm thinking this is not at the admin level. I looked everywhere and can not find it. Can you show me where?
