Removing user permissions from SharePoint document

Hi richard1991 ,

 

Was the link sent to specific people? If so you need to remove the link rather than just the person.

    I did what you mentioneds, and removed the link and re-applied it to all the other users it was applied to and it seemed to do the trick. Strange one. Thanks for your response.
