Naveen Karlaok thanks for your valuable reply.
so when it comes to sharepoint seems these2 tools AvePoint & Quest covers all the functions, unlike other tools?
second point. now i have heard about the AvePoint as a very reliable migration tool for sharepoint on-premises to online, and also about Quest...but do you have a matrix about the price? or all tools have relatively similar price?

john john Sharegate isn't as full featured as Avepoint but it's the most cost effective tool. For ex Avepoint Docave also provides effective backup recovery solution along with migration but with Sharegate backups are more manual and experience isn't that great. It all about features you need. The perfect fit will be most expensive.
As far as i remember Docave platform costs about $10,000 per 1 terabyte and Sharegate around $4000.
Thanks
Naveen

Naveen Karlathanks for the reply.
now i only need the migration features, as we already have the tools for backups. so not sure if i can buy a license for the AvePoint concerning the migration features only?

john john Avepoint works a little better for complex scenarios while migration like user mapping between domains etc. but for most of the scenarios Sharegate should be adequate enough. Maybe you can discuss your scenarios with vendors and decide.
