    For sure it does not display what has happened to the item/document for a year...I would say it shows last actions on it and the time period is limited to your tenant subscription...for an E3 / Business / Premium I would bet 90 days and for E5 180 days - 1 year

Hi kevingeorget,

 

The doc is a little out of date (note to self to fix :) ) but if you're talking about the activity feed (same type of info but a new look and some new activities), then it will only persist for 60 days in all cases. Hope that helps! Thanks!
