Hi Rob,
You can use Sintel Apps free license.
It allows up to 2 form and 5 dashboards in our free license.
A responsive form with approvals and nice dashboards can be built in a few hours using Sintel Apps and Sintel BI.

Michal Golka it wasn't me who asked the question, I answered it and would still only use SharePoint + the Power Platform. No 3rd party tools required.
