Quick Links web part not showing when saved and published

Hey all

The problem I encounter is that when I add a Quick Links web part to a page is that nothing wont show up when I save the page. So the first image is when the page is in edit mode, the second image when the page is saved. So normally the add button should show up when the page is saved.

I've tried several browsers but still no luck.

Any ideas how to fix this?
