Push notifications for news stopped working
Dear all,
We launched the SharePoint-app as our social intranet in march 2019. Until the update we all got push notifications (if allowed) directly on our mobile phones. Since last week those push notifications seemed to have stopped. We already had some problems with the notifications at the beginning but now none those who have downloaded the new update on an iPhone seems to get the notification if we put news online! And we all have turned on the notifications in the app and in the settings of our mobiles.
Did you already came along this problem? Or do you have any solution for it?
We are arount 100 people using the app and the views went down in the last 7 days...

- Hi, please let me know if this was resolved? My client is experiencing som intermittent missing notifications.
- Same here. We're in the processing of deploying to 15,000 (mostly mobile) users and counting on push notifications for relevant news postings. This seemed to stop working in the last couple of weeks.
