published column in a blog site list

I have a Blog site which contains a list with column Published with a date.

 

When you put a ate and save, it gets published.

 

Is there a way to make the published column work for future dates when it gets published on the date mentioned and starts to display than instantly when saved.

    The publishing start and end dates only work with the publishing infrastructure when you have approvals turned on. You would have to follow that model using requires approval for the library so new items are not shown and then use schedules Flow to check each day if it has hit the publishing date and the use the set approval action.

      is there an OOB option for scheduling this as i already have a publishing infra enabled in site col level and publishing feature enabled, list level in versioning approval enabled. Non approvals/owners groups

      cannot see the content. However, the publishing date is OOB which makes me think there should be something OOB - some sort of a workflow which should publish the post mentioned in the scheduled date.
