"Publish" menu item missing in Library
Hi,
I have several document libraries set up the same way that both have related Power Automate Approval flows.
When uploaded files are "Draft" then publishing then sets them to "Pending" starting the flow.
All libraries except one have the menu option More > Publish but one has "Publish" missing but has "Submit for Approval" - in this Library I need to click Check Out - Check In (Major Version) to move the document to Pending.
How do I get "Publish" back in this menu?

Do you have admin (full control) access on both the SharePoint document libraries?
It might be due the difference in permissions on both the libraries, check that once.

What is interesting - if I swap to Classic Sharepoint the Publish Major Version is present:
