jtreu Thank you I am glad I am not going insane and I am not alone! This issue is frustrating though.
But - How do you upload profile pics directly into SPO?
I find asking the user to upload their pic themselves in Teams to be the most consistently effective but still sometimes it won't pull through to SPO.
I have one right now where the pic is in Outlook, Teams, Delve even in the Admin MS365 profile but for whatever reason won't pull through to SPO.
Does anyone have any idea if there is a way to force it to sync? Or how do you upload direct to SPO?
