PowerPoint getting stuck with Saving

Hello,

We have a 45 MB PowerPoint file with 200 slides and getting edited by 6-8 users. Some users may be editing it at the same. The users are mostly syncing the sharepoint to the computer using OneDrive sync client. The file usually get stuck on Saving and takes almost 5-15 minutes to fully save the changes. Will something like be normal?
