powerpoint "custom slide show"

I uploaded a powerpoint.ppsx to sharepoint. Within this document I use "custom slide shows" and a lot of links as well to locations inside the powerpoint as to the web.

All links work fine with the exception of all the "custom slide show" links.

 

Is there a way to also get the "custom slide shows" to work?

 

ps. when I download the file back to powerpoint all works fine. So the file is not corruoted it just seams that the "custom slide Shows" made in powerpoint do not work in Sharepoint

    Unfortunately no reactions yet. I now also tried to open the ppsx directly in powerpoint. I got it to work by creating a new lib. that opens in the app. however this does still not function over a link.

    (then it still opens in the browser) 

     

    Who can help me to open a PowerPoint ppsx on SharePoint directly in the PowerPoint app. in presentation mode through a link.

    All my users have PowerPoint properly installed on their Pcs
