PnP Beginner - Copy Document Library Setup (not data)

Hello! 

I'm just learning about PnP and all it can do. I'm wondering if it's possible to copy a document library setup and apply it to document libraries of some already created group sites. There is not much customized about the library that I need to copy. It's simply a few extra columns of metadata and an extra view, but I need to copy it to a number of different group sites that are already created. 

If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'm happy to learn how to do this and try some things! I'm just hoping someone can tell me if I'm on the right track with thinking that PnP and PowerShell is the way to accomplish this!
