Placeholder URL for grouping doclibs in a site.
We have lot of clinical trials with in a department . Each of them will need a different site because of the amount of documentation each trial require.
We need a container name for each trial li...
just create separate document library apps on the site, it will accomplish that. What is limiting you from using folders? The only reason you would want multiple document libraries over folders is specific library settings the have to be different such as content types, client open options, approval settings etc.

Appreciate quick response. No we need to create separate document libraries because security wise there is lot of external sharing and we can't manage permissions in folders. Also in general we are trying to limit folder creation with in company and use either document sets or metadata. So we can't recommend users to create deep nested folder structure and run into URL length and other issues.
Per modern architecture if we don't want to create susbsites and want to create placeholder to group document libraries and access them is there an option?
- Why can’t you use multiple libraries again? You said sharing options per library are needed?
