Hello this do not match the usecase.
Idea is to show people contact information as the standard person webpart does, extendet with the option so define the information shown by default.

upfaffer In that case you have to develop the custom web part on your own as OOTB web part does not allow such customizations & you will not find the exact web part as per your requirements.
You can refer the code given in above SPFx samples & create a new web part as per your requirements.
