Permission groups for sharepoint list

Hello,

I want to give specific permission to the Sharepoint list but not to the whole site. I have choosen the "specific permission" (turned off inheritacne) in the list settings but I do not have a possibility to create the group. I can only add single people (screen attached).

Do you know how to create the group of permission for a particular list?
