peepsContainer Error with Organization Chart Web Part
Hi, I am trying to use the Organization Chart Web Part, but the ERROR:
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'peepsContainer') comes up every so often. This can be corrected after a hard reload but doesn't create a good user experience and we can't expect users to know how to fix it. Anyone else come across this and have a way to prevent it from happening?

I'm happy to share that after a months-long back and forth with Microsoft Support, this issue has finally been resolved. The Organization Chart Web Part should no longer display a "peepsContainer" error when the column is narrow.
- RyanSteele-CoVSteel ContributorI can reliably reproduce this issue when I have the Organization Chart web part in a Vertical Section and the browser opened maximized on the 2256x1504 screen of my Surface Book 5.
I have opened a ticket with Microsoft 365 Support about this. Did any of you do the same? It might be helpful if I shared your ticket numbers with my support rep.- RyanSteele-CoVSteel ContributorFor anyone interested, the fix for this issue has been "in the pipeline" for a few months but there is no ETA.

On March 6, I was told by a Microsoft 365 Premier Support Engineer that the fix for this issue had been completed. However, I checked and confirmed that the issue is still occurring and informed the engineer accordingly.
I have had no reply to that email or to the follow-up email I sent on March 11.

VaughanDAny progress with this? I experience the same. What is the width of the column you put the org chart in? I only have the issue when I place the orgc hart in narrow columns.
Also, when going into edit mode, an org chart webpart in error, displays well when in Edit mode (because I see a little gain in column width when editing.....)

wimaerts I have the issue in the exact same situation you described in a narrow column on the right. I thought the issue resolved itself, but once I tested it in a smaller browser window and hit refresh, the error comes back. When the browser window is wide enough the web part shows up properly.
VaughanD Are you using SharePoint out of the box organization web part or any other custom web part developed using SPFx?

- VaughanDCopper ContributorI'm using SharePoint out of the box organization web part. We don't currently have any SPFx web parts on the site. A co-worker is saying it only happens in the sidebar, but I haven't noticed that myself.
