Page properties not visible for filtering news webpart
stevenam Can you see that each column is associated to the content types in library settings? I would try on a new site and see if the issue is the site itself. I was not able to filter on Yes/No columns in the News web part, but I use choice columns all the time and they work.
stevenam I've had the same problem over here and I followed all steps explained in the comments above. It didn't work.
Coincidentally I found the solution today: My custom page property had a space in the name, e.g. "Prop A". When I had removed the space (renaming the property to "PropA") IT FINALLY WORKED!
It would be great for future cases if you add a hint somewhere that custom properties should not contain space characters (and other special chars?) for making full use of those.
