OR condition

I want to make a flow that when a file is created in a SharePoint library OR another file is created in another library do something !!!

I agree with jcgonzalezmartin, no way to create a trigger to look for both.

EDIT: Just saw the OR. That still goes back to the issue of not having a trigger to do that. Not sure you can do this.
