Open support ticket for Sharepoint

Question

HelloI have a simple question.I like to know where I can open a support ticket for SharePoint Online without using the support hub.I am a SharePoint Admin and try to find the direct way to open up a ticket.In the past I used PowerPlatform or PowerBI to do that...The support sites are very old or not usable&nbsp;

you can use "Support" in your M365 admin center and add a support&nbsp;request:

DaveMehr365&nbsp;&nbsp;Hello DaveUnfortantly I am not a M365 Admin but I am a SharePoint Admin of the company. So is there any way to open a new request on the Company SharePoint Admin Portal...?

DaveMehr365&nbsp;&nbsp;Hello Dave&nbsp;Thanks a lot but I tried that way and as SharePoint Admin I still cannot use it because get the ERROR Message that I don't have the permission.The question is, if it would be possibel to get only that permission delegated from the M365 Admin, but it looks like thats not possible... very weird... sadly.&nbsp;RegardsMichael
