OneDrive default document retention policy?
Hi We have just started using our tenant and a few people are using OneDrive. Is there a default document retention policy? By this I mean are documents held in OneDrive forever by default? Or...
There is no default policy, so documents are kept forever. Unless someone deliberately deletes them.
If you do need to keep the documents for regulatory requirements, consider creating a retention policy. Same if you have a requirement to dispose of them after some time.
