One folder in multiple libraries?

I am making a site where i need to have a single folder present in multiple libraries and pages in a site. I used OneDrive to copy these folders to the other libraries and it works for a while but always seems to disconnect from each other after a while. Example of this is I have a library called team 1 on a page called phase 1 with a folder called cross phase docs. I have 3 other pages for phase 2,3, and 4 with separate libraries for team 1. I copy the cross phase docs folder into all of these libraries so that when i put a file into it anywhere it will show up in all of the libraries/ phases. This will work for a few days and then it will randomly disconnect and the files will not show up in the other phases. Is there a permanent fix for this or some other way of doing it that i did not think of? Any help is appreciated greatly. Thanks!
