Not able to paste bulk rows into SharePoint list online from Excel

Just hit this problem, if it's a relatively small amount of rows, in Edit In Grid View mode, you need to click "+ Add New", then click the bar next to the radio button on the row (which highlights the whole row), then you can paste multiple entries into the list (thanks to my colleague Kevin for that!)
Assuming you know how to start "Edit in in grid view" once you Click that button (Edit in grid view), you go to the end of your list, then what RobR69 is suggesting is to click + icon then in write something in one of the fields, then click the radio icon for that new row and hit CTRL + V, see image below.
This is how I used to do this before, it doesn't work anymore on my list. Hope it helps.
