News web part use to show the username who is defined inside the header and not the actual creator

Previously when we create a page and define the author of the page inside the page header as follow (User.Test in our case):-

then inside the News modern webpage, the above author will be shown instead of the actual creator (created-by):-

but today when i did the same steps, the news inside the news web part will show the actual creator (the createdby field) and not the username who is defined inside the page header.. so did anyone face the same issue?
