Although I still have issues with my SharePoint Online search
No results is being populated when I search with a column but when I search with another column I get result
Any clue ?

  It depends. When you're able to get the searched item (by searching with the other column) you can open it to review the all properties. Then you can have look if the other column/property is empty or not present. If so the item was not correctly craweld. Or the KQL is not correct.
