New Move To / Copy Interface - Some Users Have It - Some Users Don't

Ok so this is crazy.... I am one of the few accounts in my tenant that is on Targeted Release. This means I'm always seeing the new stuff before my end users. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the new Move/Copy dialogue. It is super embarrassing to get a call from an end user (not even on targeted release) who has the new interface - but yet I don't have it myself. 🙂 I was going to produce a tutorial video, but I can't because my account doesn't have the update. I thought this was a tenant wide type of thing? How is it possible that some folks on the same tenant have new features while others do not? What am I missing here? This is especially confounding since I am on Targeted Release. Has anyone else experienced this?
