New Item Form View

Question

While I was trying to edit the columns and information on a list, I must have clicked on something, but now I am not getting the same format whenever I try to "add a new item" on the list. It opens on sharepoint vice a pop-up window. Does anybody know how to revert back to the original form format? Below are screenshots of how it used to look (top) and how it is now (bottom). I tried advanced settings and switching from new and classic view already and it stills look like the bottom picture. Thank you!!&nbsp;

dayra_nz&nbsp;Did you try switching to&nbsp;"New experience" from advanced settings? You have to use new/modern experience to see forms like image 1.&nbsp;Also, did you add any classic experience column in your list like Location column, etc.?
