Navigationbar - Any way to add extra content there?
Hello,
We have a demanding customer who complains about the wasted space on teamsites as marked below. Is there any way to fill this space with anything fancy or productive?
Calendar and date or anything, really.

I would advocate Rick DeFoe's idea--wait for the compact header. I feel like mobile/small-screen compatibility is the reason there's so much space there now; while some custom development might fit that space, you'd have to do quite a bit of testing to ensure that filling such a space doesn't impact the mobile/small-screen appearance of that header space.
- there isn't an easy way to add anything here but a "Compact" header is in the works that will eliminate this wasted space. It mentions it in the ignite announcements.
