Multiple File Download in Classic
I need a way to download multiple documents from a SharePoint Library, but download a copy is greyed out when selecting multiple files. Sync has never worked properly. Is there a another way to open a library in OneDrive so users can download/upload directly to a library? I can't seem to figure it out.
My company uses O365 SharePoint in classic view. I know the benefits of modern, but I am hoping there is still a way to do this in classic.

before modern 🙃 we have used third party extensions for multi download.
Other way is to repair your sync or try to sync in modern experience.
