Multilingual Hub site navigation, not working very well

we have made our Intranet SharePoint Online and we use the Hub site navigation. Now we are trying to make our intranet truly multilingual (Finnish/English). At the site level there is really no problem, page and navigation translations are quite easy to make and users have the ability to change the language whenever they want from the top right corner's language menu.
The problem is the Hub menu, it doesn't seem to respect the user's choice or there's a massive delay. Is it a cache issue or what is going on? There's no problem with the site level navigation, it's changing the language like it should. Yes I know that SharePoint's default language is determined by the sum of many things (profile language / browser languag). It seems really stupid that everything else (pages, site navigation) changes language based on the user's choice, but there's no way you can change the language of the Hub menu on the fly.
If the Hub menu really works this way, are there any alternatives?

i have also configured a multilingual scenario with Englisch/German. As first i had the same massive delay in my hub navigation, but when I edited the hub navigation with a German user, it was displayed immediately.

Yes, I've noticed that too.
My admin user account has the default language as English.
If I as the Hub site owner:
- first go to the hub site home page and see that Site menu and Hub site menu are all in English
- choose Finnish language from the home page's language menu
- the Site menu is now in Finnish, but the Hub menu is in English
- then edit the Hub menu and click cancel (don't edit anything)
- refresh the home page
- discover that now also the Hub menu is showing Finnish translations
If I use my other account that has the default language as Finnish and read only permissions:
- I go to the home page and see the Hub menu translations are shown as Finnish
- I change the language to English
- Site menu is now in English, but the Hub menu is in Finnish
- Cannot do much, refresh doesn't help.. just have to wait I guess

oh i see. I thinks it's currently a normal behaviour, this language switcher is not changing the HUB navigation terms...has never done it before..
