Multigeo onedrive move

Get-SPOUserAndContentMoveState -UserPrincipalName username shows MoveState is stopped.

Start SPOUserAndContentMove throws error

Start-SPOUserAndContentMove : Error Code: -76,User 'Username is already provisioned in DestinationDataLocation 'NAM'. Move not initiated.

How to start again?
