MS Word Document Content Is Blank After Uploaded

Dear All,

Two affected users mentioned that their word documents have been uploaded and successfully.

However they open the document using Word Online or Word Desktop, the document content is blank. The file is not corrupted.

Any factor caused this problem during the copying file from the local machine to browser?

They are using drag and drop method to upload the file.

Please advice.
