Moving folders with metadata and versions
How do people best move folders with files that have version history in a way that maintains the version history? Is the only way with a third party tool and if so is there an inexpensive one? ...
Depends on where you are moving them from. If it's within a site collection I believe manage content & structure would work for you just fine. Otherwise I would probably go with a 3rd party tool.

Content & Structure won't move Folders unfortunately, that is my problem.
