Moving a large folder from one doc library to another in SharePoint Online

We have migrated a very large folder to Office 365 Groups doc library - ca 435 GB and 110 000 items. The problem is, a folder with that many items can't be shared with anyone - system gives an error when sharing a folder with >= 100 000 items. Moving those folders to another doc library within the same site would solve the problem - we can first change the new doc library's permissions and then items from that large folder to the new doc library.

But here's the question - what would be the fastest and most convenient way to do that?

Has anyone else moved that many items within SharePoint Online?
