"Move to" "Copy to" dialogue has changed - Only "My Files" and Current Site are available.

Hi All,

Since this Monday most of the users on our site have had the usual "Move to" and "Copy to" dialogue/window changed to a much more limited one - the new one only has "My files" (One Drive) or the current SharePoint site as available destination.  Below is an example. I am an owner of this site.

The only users that have the old dialogue - with a list of recent sites, following sites etc that can be destinations, are SharePoint Global Admins - We have not made any changes to our default access levels or functions. 

Anyone have any ideas? Pulling down to One Drive then up to SharePoint is an unacceptable work around.
