Move list item to another list based on colum choice

Hi,

I am trying to setup a column rule in lists so that when an option is chosen it moves the list item to a different list.

For example; I have two lists - under review and reviewed

In the column, there are two choices for the item; 'under review' and 'reviewed'

I'd like the item to be moved between the lists based on the choice for the item.

I have done this previously without using Wokflow. Is it still possible?
