Modern SP Site - Edit subTitle within the Sites Webpart?

Is it possible to edit the subTitle on the site card for team sites that are being pulled in through the Sites Webpart? This is on a Hub site and is pulling project sites that the user would have access to.

I would like to have that display "Project Site" (for example). Is this something that can be done within the Hub or on the team site or is this something that has to be overwritten manually (script)?
