Modern library command bar not loading
I have some users that have a hard time with modern library where the command bar isn't loading and they only see blue dots going around.
It mostly happens when people are going to their site outside of our office where they are restricted with conditionnal access (can't download, print or synchronize documents).
If anyone ever saw that and was able to resolve it I would appreciate some guidance.

KevCarIA Looks like some of the components required for command bar are not accessible or blocked by conditional access policy. Fiddler trace may give you some clue on what is missing.
