Modern Document Library WebPart issue

Hi, today I created via code a new DL with my custom ContentType. No issues, but when inserting a DL WebPart in page, it crashes:

Only if there are files inside it. If empty, WP works correctly. Also the see all link works as expected.

Any ideas?
