Modern Document Library Webpart - See All link opens two tabs
The new Modern Document Library Webpart opens two new tabs when the 'See All' link in the upper right corner is clicked. The document library is located in the same site as the site page, so expect it to open in the same tab or window.
Anyone else experiencing this?

As of today, only one new tab opens when the 'See All' link is clicked. That's progress, but it still opens a new tab even if the document library is in the same site.
