Thanks for the reply but my issue isn't the same as the referenced post.
- The document library in it's current preview state is basically broken. Try using the Highlighted content webpart and filter down to the video's you need to show. Otherwise you have to link into the document library until they release the updated document library webpart they said they were going to update to be more like the full library experience in the next 3-6 months out.

- you also have other options like embedding a powerapp pulling form the libraries etc. You can do some fancy work around but yeah, best to wait if you have that option as well and just link into the library for now or something.
