Microsoft Teams Geust User can't post modern SharePoint page and news
We can't create modern SharePoint page and news by guest user.
Because page header is disappear and can't re-display.
I think that this problem cause by Personal Info panel. so, "User" web parts also has same problem.
Additionally, "0.live-persona-card-loader_276cf3efe144ef59e0c1.js" had 401 error.

- I assume you have played with permissions for the guest user, right? If so, you have hit here a limitation in the modern SPO experience and best you can do is report directly to Microsoft...something you can do as a MVP
