Microsoft Office 365 plan support for SharePoint Online hybrid implmentation

As per Microsoft Support for Education Sector:
- If subscription is under CSP doesn’t have hybrid Sharepoint benefit.
- If subscription is through EES/Campus Agreement, then they have right to implement SharePoint Hybrid Solution.
Hybrid support with SP 2019 is same one we had with SP 2019...no new innovations added by Microsoft

- Hybrid with SharePoint Online does not depend on the Microsoft 365 Plan you have as long as you have SharePoint Online, then you can start exploring and setting up your hybrid architecture
jcgonzalezmartin the below Microsoft article restricts to deploy SharePoint hybrid using enterprise plans. Please have a look.
