Microsoft Lists bug - date format

I'm editing the list records in a new form modal window. I'm setting there a date. After some time I checked the record in grid view (proper value), but the date picker showed date -3hours.

The list is created on the SharePoint site - regional settings have the correct timezone set.

PS. Power automate using the date from date picker not from the grid view.

Looks like a bug for me.
